Integration Coaching

for Transformation

Stacy Kamala Waltman is a life-coach in the classic sense of the word. She expertly interacts with all aspects of my life, and at the same time, is playful, encouraging and forward-thinking. During our phone calls, every instant feels like it’s full of teaching moments that just appear—and she has an absolute genius for changing horses and using those moments to bring home what she’s teaching.

As a result of working with her, I’ve learned to notice the old programming that has bedeviled me my whole life. It’s not that the old thinking and the old energetic patterns are going to magically go away. Rather, Stacy has given me actual tools I can pick up to notice what’s happening and change it in the moment. Instead of judging myself, I end up gently redirecting my thoughts and actions to create value out of what would normally feel like failure.

And she frames the whole enterprise as a game. So it’s fun. The process of self-inquiry becomes more joyful, more jesting. When I notice myself going back down the same alleys of thought, nothing is wasted, everything—even nonsuccess is used, appreciated and honored so that the client experiences a panoramic sense of wellness, healing and positive energy. Of course, success enters the picture too. Many parts of my experience are more effective, stronger, more rewarding.

The process of winning at life has never felt easier.
Stacy has taught me to witness my life—in the sense of stepping back and observing it—at the same time that I’m taking actions to move that life forward. And I can’t overemphasize the sense of adventure that she brings to every moment of our phone calls. Stacy's constantly edging my approach to life forward, helping me show up, connect and be more fully present—while in the same breath inviting me to let go of the old behaviors that have defeated me. Stacy doesn’t just tell me to do this. Somehow she’s able to provide evidence as to why those behaviors don’t work. A lot of wisdom is layered in.

It’s like she gives me—and I suspect every client—a treasure map based on their own life-experience. She gives each person a key to unlock the mysteries that have held us back and defeated us, and she does this gently while throwing a rocking party! So, in addition to being a coach, she’s a magician, a shaman, a friend, a sorceress. The process is highly intellectual, intuitive, sensual, and thought-provoking all the same time. Okay, that isn’t possible. But that’s what happens. Alexander Graham Bell would be proud that his invention is being used to expand consciousness.

I was trying to tell a friend what it was like working with Stacy Kamala Waltman as a life-coach, " If you want to win, this amazing woman is for you… and me… and anyone who wants to call forth the divine and create a new narrative for their life. "

"My coaching experience with Stacy Kamala Waltman was so three-dimensional and organic; I can only best describe it in metaphor! For me, Stacy's coaching style feels like she is a Master Gardener, and I am the tender seedling being nurtured to grow. She so lovingly nestled me into the rich soil that is her lineage ~ a place where I felt safe and accepted. It allowed me to be totally real with myself, and come face to face with my resistance. There was plenty of that! She was incredibly patient and loving with me, even as I resisted the process. I was a hard seed with a tough outer shell, but I also have a huge determination to grow and evolve in spite of myself.
She just kept tending to me, meeting me where I was, a little water here, pruning away the un-useful there, fertilizing, stirring the soil as needed to keep the nutrients moving. Allowing the sun to shine on me. Honestly, this is how it felt!
Stacy was quite assertive and vigilant with me, not letting me get away with much, being firm and guiding me with purpose and intention ~ but always loving and nurturing, understanding and compassionate. She kept me reeled in, but there was always space for me to be me. That in itself is a gift.
Now that I'm fully living from my roots, feet in the soil, reaching higher and higher, I am aware that the process continues to unfold in my life and in my experience of myself. I feel a continuous expansion, outside and inside, and each day I have more and more insight around each growth spurt and each conversation we had along the way. To me, that is the sign of a truly spiritual experience ~ It becomes a gift that keeps on giving, and I am so grateful.
Namaste." ~

"Stacy is easy to be with in this process of developing my awareness. She laughs and plays while we are working together. She is creative and fun - and her voice... it's beautiful! Taking random things and showing me where they are similar, she has taught me where to look. She has shown me where there is a teaching in the everyday living of things.
She brought me back to my heart and back to its wisdom. She took me out of my head and intellectualizing about everything. What a gift it is to interact with her. I am in awe. She sheds light and has opened my vision to many more viewpoints than I ever considered before. She gets these streams of consciousness and they just pour forth. I wish I had taped my sessions with her.
Wish I had started this sooner. Wish I hadn't put this off so long. If I told this to her she'd probably say, 'It doesn't matter, you're doing it now.' What a treat this has been. Thank you, Stacy!" ~ Linda Wright, Boulder, CO

I got to take Stacy's programs while she was still giving them, before she gets too popular and begins to train others to teach her programs.
The connection she makes is so strong; its as if she is speaking from some ancient place and time. She has these streams of consciousness that just pour forth in such a safe and easy way.
I have been blessed to have done this work with her. I finally applied this stuff instead of just talking and reading about it. ~ Melissa Becker, Texas

"When I started One-to-One Coaching with Stacy three months ago, I was suffering from low-grade depression and had been battling being completely stuck in my life for a long time.
She immediately grasped the depth and scope of my problem and very astutely and skillfully worked with me every week to teach me how to rewrite the story I’d been telling myself.
On our weekly calls, she gently and intuitively guided me how to detect and overcome ingrained patterns that had been holding me back.  I have been working on personal development for over 30 years so everything she said to me I could recognize as truth.  Much of what she taught was in alignment with my own spiritual training.  Yet she brought a new angle and a fresh perspective to my process.
She is a deeply wise woman and always seemed to have the right approach for whatever I would bring up.  Other things in my life simultaneously worked in tandem with my sessions with Stacy and things started to fall into place.  This served to enable me to make changes in rapid time.
Working with her was truly meant to be.  As a result of my work with her, I feel I’ve been raised up a level and I’ve already started forming new, healthy, forward-moving habits.  So much of the emotional pain I’d lived with has subsided.
I am looking forward to working with Stacy again in the future as I feel I only scratched the surface of her vast storehouse of wisdom and knowledge.  I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone." ~ Juliet Blankenship Blake, Atlanta, GA

“Over the past year I've received coaching and feedback in both the business and personal areas of my life from Stacy Kamala Waltman. Her acute insight and ability to listen to the most micro details is spectacular. With this gift she is able to refine the conversations, ask questions while appropriately drilling down to the "source" of the issue and then creating "breakthroughs" that I may not otherwise have achieved.
Stacy is a talented and gifted coach, mentor and friend. There's no reason to figure out life on your own, I'll take the best road and know everything works out in my best interest when Stacy is guiding me. Thank you Stacy for your persistence, insight, gifts and wisdom - you are a blessing to me and many others.” ~ Kelly F., Irvine, CA

I met Stacy on a flight to the East Coast. I’m not one to initiate conversations with strangers so I was surprised to find myself openly chatting with Stacy during the flight.
It was until the end of the flight that I found out Stacy is a Life Coach. Again, that surprised me because Stacy did not exhibit any of the typical qualities I would have expected from a person in the “self-help” industry. She was friendly and warm in a genuine way. She wasn’t cheesy or preachy or trying to “sell” me her services. We exchanged contact information and parted ways.
After that flight, I felt my meeting with Stacy was like I had just met a new friend. I was at a point in my life where I needed some direction yet I knew that the answers I craved were already within me and I just needed help uncovering them.
My curiosity about what exactly a “life coach” is, and how Stacy might be able to help me in my quest to uncover my true self, prompted me to contact her.
After many emails and questions answered, I decided to start the coaching process with her.
Stacy’s genuine and honest approach to our coaching relationship has eased my fears of being taken advantage of by a “self-help” guru. I thoroughly trust Stacy because she has always been up front with me about the financial cost and personal expectations of the coaching process.
Stacy is easy to talk to, she is not judgmental, and she speaks from a real place – helping me to find my path in life. By establishing a coaching relationship with Stacy, I feel I’ve found a person who understands where I am and is willing to walk beside me as I continue to figure out who I want to be.
I’ve been looking for this kind of unattached, non-judgmental guidance for years. Unlike my experience with traditional psychotherapy, Stacy’s coaching direction has allowed me to define who I am without feeling like my coach has all the answers and I just have to ask her the right questions to gain clarity.
Stacy is able to recognize my behavior and the direction of my habitual thoughts, gently making me aware of my mental patterns, and then she leaves the decision to change or not change, all up to me.
I have received more inspiration and personal insights in the last three months of being coached by Stacy than I have in a whole year of seeing a traditional psychologist. I’m so very grateful for Stacy’s guidance. She is a truly authentic and honest human being.

When I started coaching with Stacy, I didn’t know what to expect. In the past, I’ve participated in therapy and group sessions as well as weekend workshops and yoga training. Coaching with Stacy though has been different than all of these self-discovery processes I’ve participated in before.
Coaching with Stacy is like the weave that is bringing all of my previous work together in one coat that I am able to take out and wear. It is like fine-tuning my life. Stacy and I are uncovering my day-to-day habits that have been holding me back from the life I have always wanted to live.
This whole process has been an eye-opening, ear opening and heart opening experience. It is exhilarating!
My coaching focus has been on living a meaningful life which includes spirit, compassion and making a difference in the world. Included in this goal is building a business that embodies my core principles.
Stacy’s intuition, business acumen, empathic abilities, and wisdom have been instrumental in setting my business foundation.
I look forward to our calls every week and feel that every discussion, every assignment, every book suggested by Stacy has contributed to my primary focus in life – “to know thyself!”
I am very grateful to Stacy and the work that she is doing in the world. I feel lucky to have her as my coach.

It has been my pleasure to know Stacy (Kamala) for over 32 years and to watch her blossom into the beautiful spiritual person that she is today.
While deeply grounded in the realities, changes, and struggles we all must face in life, her connection to spirit allows her to see how all of life can be used to help the individual manifest his or her potentials.
The practice of Yoga has helped Stacy (Kamala) to develop deep compassion and extraordinary communication skills, which allow her to serve her clients very well.
Anyone who opens up to her will, no doubt, receive much benefit.

I am an Insurance Wholesaler and essentially run my own business. It’s easy to get distracted by all the various projects and concerns that are a part of my business day. Before being coached by Stacy I would unwittingly end up wasting time on things that were not very productive.
One my white board (list of things to do which is posted on the wall) I had a list of projects that were just sitting there, gathering dust. I definitely had problems focusing and getting these projects completed but Stacy found a way to simplify the steps and in a fun way kept me accountable. Everything on my white board has now been completed!
As a result of coaching with Stacy, I have become more organized, efficient, and effective. I enjoy her positive outlook on life and she is very passionate about helping people reach their goals. She rocks! I appreciate everything she has done for me and my business.

I met Stacy in a class were both attending. Immediately I was attracted to her amazing presence. I purposefully sat next to her because she is warm and inviting – right away. I also noticed that she is easy to talk to and is an incredible listener.
As she began coaching me I saw that she has an uncanny ability to truly hear the meaning behind your words. She picks up nuances, innuendo, expression and feeling from conversations pulling out the truth and setting it before you in a non-judgmental, always helpful way.
She has been my “champion” through some major life changes. I admire her work and feel privileged to work with such a talented and compassionate coach.

I started working with Stacy at a time when I was seeking a new direction. My husband and I had moved to a new city not long before and I was feeling that it was time to start a new chapter in my life. In addition, the company I had been working for was sold and I was trying to decide whether to start my own business or find another job.
The problem, however, was that I was unable to take the first step and had no idea what was holding me back. I only knew that I was stagnating and feeling a great deal of fear.
The first thing I noticed about Stacy was how comfortable I felt talking with her. Her intelligence, insight, and experience combined with her easygoing nature and sense of humor enabled me to be open and forthcoming. And I enjoyed our sessions!
Through the recommended reading and weekly assignments, Stacy helped me to identify negative thoughts and beliefs that I wasn’t even aware were ruling my life. She was so positive and nonjudgmental and gave such great feedback. With her direction, we explored important areas of my life, both personal and professional, and I was able to identify and begin to resolve some of the issues that have plagued me for years.
Stacy helped me to redefine myself and uncover what is truly important to me. This led to a greater understanding and acknowledgement of my talents, strengths and skills and helped clear out the clutter and debris of all the “should's” in my belief system to get down to the core of who I am and what it is I intend for my life.
I now see an expanding horizon of opportunities and I really feel I have the confidence, determination, and faith to embrace that future.
Stacy is a fabulous coach and a wonderful human being. I am so grateful for our time together.

I am the sole proprietor of a recent business venture, new attorney and single dad. I embarked upon coaching because, even though things were going well in my life, new opportunities are requiring me to have an even better set of skills to balance all of the various complexities in my life.
As a coach, I have found that Stacy has taken the time to learn what is important to me and has tailored her coaching programs to help me refine my relationships with my clients, children, and significant other.
I will be continuing on with Stacy as my coach because she is genuinely interested in my challenges and successes, can adapt to my difficult schedule, and has a knack for showing me my blind spots in a constructive and kind way.
She offers me personal choices that I had never considered and, as a result, my viewpoint on what is possible is expanding.

Stacy has helped me organize, promote and translate my goals into actions. Before she began coaching me, I struggled with motivation, direction, and time management issues.
Thanks to her patient and insightful coaching techniques, I now have a clear understanding of what I need to do to increase sales in my business, maintain healthy eating habits and exercise programs, as well as improve my client and personal relationships.
She has remarkable emotional sensitivity and keen intuition. It is astounding how she is able to turn apparent adversity into accomplishment – using creativity and a positive attitude.
I highly recommend using Stacy as your coach if you want to break bad habits and excel in your life!
