predicts that stress-related disorders will be the second leading cause of disabilities in the world by 2020 and to maintain health in these challenging times The Mayo Clinic recommends a daily Deep Relaxation Program of 15 -30 minutes each day.

In Stacy's Customized Authentic Yoga Nidra programs practice training the mind while you also rejuvenate the entire body. These customized Yoga Nidra sessions work on the subconscious level to reprogram the stories you tell yourself and the vibration carried within.  

Instead of going out to dinner, buying something you don’t need, eating excessively, turning on the TV, drinking alcohol, gossiping, or numbing out, choose to spend once a week for five weeks, in Shavasana (For those of you who are unfamiliar with Shavasana, it is a simple and comfortable relaxation pose of lying on your back, legs about 1-2 feet apart, arms away from the body with palms facing towards the ceiling.) in the comfort of your home on the telephone with Meditation Master, Stacy Kamala Waltman.

Yoga Nidra / Deep Relaxation is actually dynamic sleep. Successfully practiced, Yoga Nidra helps calm the mind, teaches us how to let go rather than hold on, calms anxious energy, removes depression, increases access to inner knowledge and creativity, develops memory and deeply relaxes the entire body.

What you will need to participate:

  1. 30 - 40 minutes of quiet uninterrupted time to rest in Shavasana in the comfort of your home once a week while Stacy guides you through the stages of Yoga Nidra on the telephone.

  2. Speaker phone, phone headset, or ear buds

  3. Blanket or covering to keep the body warm. People often report a drop in body temperature as they deeply relax

Course Schedule:

  • 5 progressively paced sessions that work within your schedule. Customized classes are held on the telephone allowing you to stay relaxed rather than driving home. Unlike an in-person class that is over after the program ends, in this series of classes a recording of each session is emailed to you within 24 hours. And, with the recordings, you can practice these techniques until you have gained mastery.

  • Three, 30 minute coaching sessions with Stacy during your 5 week Yoga Nidra course.

Course and program policy:

Once payment has been sent and a commitment to attend any courses or programs has been made, there are no refunds issued unless Stacy fails to follow-thru on the program delivery.  If an event unexpectedly occurs in your life during the course of your program commitment which deems you unable to complete your classes and/or program, a one-time extension will be given. This extension must be completed by you within six months of your initial commitment. There will be no exceptions, thank you for understanding.
